Worst insurance company ever. They need to be shut...

Worst insurance company ever. They need to be shut down. One of their policy holders hit my car. It's been almost 2 months and neither I nor my insurance company can get a hold of them. Even my insurance company says it doesn't look like they're going to pay out. It should not be legal to have this liability insurance when it's about as effective as having no insurance at all.
