I had this insurance before I got hit. I was planning on renewing my insurance with them but now that I have gotten hit by someone who also has this insurance, I highly doubt it. My car got hit while it was parked, And the driver did their statement as well saying it was their fault. It s almost been 2 months since I ve filed the claim and they do not even want to give me a rental to get through the day. Very bad service, they keep telling me it ll be done within a week, but every week that passes by they say the same thing. Not satisfied
