Absolutely the worst crooks I've ever dealt with. The employees are rude and disrespectful and even with a police report from multiple officers and their driver being ticketed they still will not cover 100% of damages. ACCC says we should have taken evasive actions and when we tell them that means driving into a guard rail they have no comment other than it's not their clients fault. Instead of sending an adjuster out they have you download am app and take pictures and assess how much damage there is from that. Oscar Dominguez says if you don't like what we're paying out then sue us. These crooks should be shut down!!
