I recently got hit by a person that was covered by this company. I called myself getting the process rolling by doing all of the proper measurements. 2 weeks later and I still haven't spoke to anyone that has the answers. They transfer me to one agent to another. And the manager named "Karla" doesn't believe in answering her phone. If you see if the person that hit you has this insurance just go ahead and get a lawyer and let him fight them. Smh.
