My car was totaled loss after being in an accident with one of ACCC's insurers. I must say after reading the reviews I was very worried, and stressed that I would not be treated fairly. I gave them 2 stars because my adjuster Ms. Diaz never returned my call after 4 days. I constantly left voicemail's and literally blew her phone up not even a returned call. It took me calling another adjuster who wasn't even working on my claim to take down a note walk over to her desk, and give it to her for her to finally call me!! I was very upset that ACCC would not provide me with a rental because my car was totaled loss. They said that if it was repairable they would have been able to give me a rental. This is completely unfair. My accident took place on 04/12/16 it is now 04/21/16 and I still haven't been issued a check for my vehicle. After they finished appraising my vehicle my case was handed over to the totaled loss department. My new adjuster was Ms. Katrina Outlar. This lady is awesome!!! Very good customer service skills. She left my mind at ease and reassured me about everything!! The only reason this is getting 2 stars is because of Ms. Diaz. Me personally I would give Ms. Outlar a 5 star rating if I could. Promote this lady, and give her a raise!! She never once seemed frustrated or annoyed anytime I called, and had a question. On top of that she always answered her phone! I'm hoping by the end of next week I have a check so that I am able to replace my vehicle !
