Joke of an insurance company. They handle claims poorly, no one that works in the claims department has a head on their shoulders that allows them to comprehend anything past a 1st grade level. In a situation where we were t boned by one of their insured's and they fled the scene, ACCC still tried to use contributory negligence and say the accident was 50/50. No one I have talked to has even read their insurance contract that they have to abide by when determining coverage. In order to get the best service you must do their job for them.
