I am a victim of one of thier insured and I get nothing but run around and lies. I get sent to 5 different departments all claiming to handle me then just send me to another place. I have an injury claim that no one has ever even called to check on me over. at this point i think this place is just some phones in a warehouse and not a real insurance company but a total scam.
