I used them for basic liability insurance once... They literally ended up stealing $475.00 out of my bank account without reason and didn't post it anywhere, so the only proof that it happened was in bank statements and they kept saying they "had no record of this transaction". Needless to say I went to the bank and filed a whole lotta fraudulent claim-type stuff on them and got my money back.
