This company is an absolute joke; I wouldn t trust them to buy a phone case from never mind an actual phone again.

I bought an iPhone XS Max at the start of March and got an email to say that delivery would take 7-10 days. After an entire month, and several emails, the phone finally turns up AND IS BROKEN! It doesn t even make it past the set up before it literally wouldn t turn back on. The phone was shipped back to them (and signed for) within a couple of days and having taken so long to send the phone out the first time, I let them know that I wanted a refund not a replacement or repair (well within their 14 day guarantee and the time frame specified by the consumer rights act). It took almost another month after they had literally signed for the device to even acknowledge that they had received it and now nearly 3 MONTHS LATER, and god knows how many emails, they are now saying that my phone is ready to be sent back to me and ignore any emails reminding them of my numerous requests for a refund; so I am now in the process of having to go through my credit card provider to get my money back.

I have ended up already purchasing the same phone from one of their competitors as my old phone was on its last legs. The phone arrived the next working day, in fully working condition and better visual condition than what QMF sent do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

TLDR: The company s a joke, the phones take a month to deliver with many more months waiting if anything s wrong, their 14 day money back guarantee is a complete lie and customer service is non-existent.

Very bad experience, the website had changed the shipping address for the order without notifying me so had to cancel and wait for the money to go back into my account, whilst trying to resolve this, the customer service rep was really rude and had an aggressive approach, I have a copy of the call recording, if you would like to here please email me. Oh the phone was not in as good condition as specified on the website and I'm still waiting for a call back from the manager over 2 weeks ago. It's much worse then it sounds, absolutely disgusted.

Awful. Ordered an iphone from them. After 10 days I asked if they had tracking info, I was then informed that the device hadn't been shipped but would be shipped 'as a priority' within 3-5 days. Still nothing. I then requested a refund, which they advise would take FOURTEEN WORKING DAYS. Still nothing. Currently going through Small Claims Court to get they money back...

I bought an apple IPhone 7 Plus and case for 400 on the 4th of June while being advised that it would be delivered within 10 business days. Then after 22 business days and multiple calls and promises aswell as emails the phone never arrived looked like it never was going to either. I then cancelled the order and requested a refund on the 27th of June and was told it will take 14 business days which now after a month nearly I still have not recieved any update or refund which has led me to turn to my solicitor and take legal proceedings against this company.

Terrible experience & appalling service. Ordered a phone over 3 week's ago and still nothing has arrived. I've only received messages saying 'it will be dispatched in a couple of days' or 'we are prioritising your order' but it is hard to believe given the appalling service. It s a fake type of company and shows iPhones on their website which they don t have them and take your money and runny their balance sheet and these are the bunch of liars.
They do try their best not to refund your money.

Dear QMF, I have been waiting over the time limit for my phone, I've sent countless emails, read awful reviews and called the courier who said you haven't shipped anything with them. If I don't receive either my phone, a FULL refund or a reply I will be posting this on every site, sending it to watch dogs and take you to court and to the police as fraud and an illegitimate business and have you sued. Unfortunately my review is like so many others here. I ordered a phone and it didn't arrive. After a while I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. There followed a very long string of lies and excuses and the only way I got my refund in the end (after 70 days) was because my credit card company did a charge back. A shockingly bad company that works by lying and cheating money out of people. Absolutely don't use them unless you want months of frustration and being out of pocket.

I purchased two refurbished iPads from them before Christmas. They didn t meet their agreed delivery dates even despite having very long wait times anyway. Ordered 2 x iPhone s for my children which were to be in excellent condition. One has really noticeable scratches to the screen/cover which looks as it should be a good condition phone. Numerous emails and no response to say if a replacement is available or if they could reduce the phone cost due to my son now setting up the phone up and not worried about the damage but the cost should be reflected! Never buy from this company, it's shocking, I brought a iPhone 6 never got it. They never answer the phone and when you email them it take years for a reply. However thank God for paypal they are life savers. Never again and I wish there was a option for no star I would click that.

Bought an iPhone XR with guaranteed 7 working day delivery. Contacted them after 7 days they said it needed further checks and would be with us within a further 4 days. Its now 2 weeks and they won't reply to emails and still no sign of the phone. Don't even consider using this company.

Slightly worried now seeing other reviews. I placed an order yesterday and have received an email saying that they wont deliver to a different address from the billing address so delaying the order and that the agreed date of Monday will be now be 3-5 days. Long wait on customer service line to spk to an advisor too.

It's shocking this company. I ordered a phone from them and got it should be delivered within the week as usually. It never turned up so i emailed again and they said 'sorry' and that they would get it delivered in the nest 1-4 working days. It never came again, shocker. So I waited over a month for a phone that would never be delivered. Now I've been waiting over a month for a refund they'd said I'd get one in 14 days but i never did. So i emailed AGAIN and got it would be refunded within the next MONTH. I'm not happy and I'm going to have to figure out how to get my money back. They basically steal off you I would NEVER use them again it's ridiculous if I could give zero stars a would. Don't trust them.

My daughter ordered a phone for a present but had to cancel the same day this was on the 4th of november she works on the front line and was told her refund would be in the account within 5 to.10 days it's now and of january nearly.and still.not had her money refunded these people take mo eye but will not refund it if I was tou I'd stay well clear

Terrible. Bought an iPhone 7 and was supposed to be sent within 7 working days. 14 days later still not sent. 45 minutes on a premium phone number only to be told it may still be a day or two. Customer service advisor was rude and difficult to understand.
I asked for a refund and he told me 14 working days! I said that s fine as I felt the whole 14 day thing was to try and put me off cancelling.

I paid on 19th November and could not believe it could take 10 days to dispatch (but that is stated so I just waited) and then to be told after 10 days sorry it will be another 3/5 days as delay in (CHECKS) due to high backlog. We bought a phone for our son six months ago. The phone developed a fault and had to be sent back for repair. That was over three weeks ago and we have heard nothing from them since they received the phone. I have emailed several times but receive the same standard reply each time. When I try to phone them a recorded message says that they are not using telephone contact any more. Their customer service is non existent. Buyer beware! I will certainly not use this company again.

I sent off my Galaxy S4 a couple of days ago having come across Quick Mobile Fix whilst searching the net. What a brilliant service and turnaround!! The whole process from posting the phone to tracking the repair was easy and smooth. The repair (screen) was turned around in a day and returned to me promptly. The phone is working like new. Oh and they even provided a cover for the phone and complementary stylus. Just excellent service and shall not hesitate to use again or recommend to friends. Stephen

Long story short, it took 1 month for my phone to arrive and it was faulty. Sent it back and they didn't repair it. The customer service is utterly appalling and in the end, I had to go through the small claims court just to get my money back!

Avoid the hassle and buy refurbished from Apple - it's actually not much more expensive and saves you going through a court case when they inevitably scam you out of your money...

Very poor experience. I ordered an iPhone 6s and was told it would take ten working days for it to arrive. On the tenth working day, there was still no sign of my phone, so I contacted the company and was told they would need another 5 working days for additional tests. At this point, I decided to cancel my order. I cancelled and was told a refund would be issued within 30 days. On the 30th day there was no sign of my refund. I contacted the company again, they explained that there was a delay due to a change in payment providers. None of this was explained to me beforehand, no contact was made to pre-warn me of this. I was then told that another 20 days were needed to process my refund. Overall I would not recommend buying anything from this company. Customer service is appalling.

Everyone proceed with caution ..... I reviewed this company last Thursday and decided that I would use given the quick response and payout . I posted my iPad on the Friday recorded with a view that it would reach there office on the Monday with no issues . My husband ordered me a phone at the beginning of January for my new business. Despite various promises it was being delivered and finally that it would arrive yesterday, it still hasn t arrived. I bought my i-phone 7s from quick mobile fix and saved myself several hundred pound in the process. The phone was delivered promptly, in good condition and works perfectly. I would use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

This is the 3rd time I have used this service, I can't fault it, easy to use, competitive pricing and a quick turn around.

My order was for a refurbished Grade A iPhone 5s. The phone arrived and if I didn't know differently I would swear that it was brand new. The description of the product stated there might be slight scratches on the case but there were none. I've been using the phone for a couple of weeks now and it is working perfectly. I've only given 4 stars as I feel that delivery was a little slow, it took over a week and was only dispatched after I chased the order twice. Great product but service could be better!

I paid for a screen repair at the beginning of april and having chased them for a reason as to why they hadn't fixed my phone they told me after 3 weeks they hadnt got the part it stock. I have now battled for ky phone to be returned so I can use a decent company to fix it. Avoid at all costs. This company are an absolute joke and so hard to communicate with once you inevitably encounter problems.

I'll start with the good news - when I EVENTUALLY received my ordered iPhone 6, the quality was excellent and I am pleased with the phone.
Now the VERY VERY bad bits.
I ordered and paid for this phone on 9th Mach 2018 and it arrived on the 20th April 2018 - 7 WEEKS!!!
Yes Easter was during that time, but 7 weeks is still appalling!
I had a phone delivered on 23rd March, but this was locked and unusable. The rest of the time I spent chasing my order! LOTS and LOTS of excuses, but very little action.
If you can find a similar phone to the one you want from a different company, use the other company, it will save you loads of emails and grief.

Finally got my refund nearly two months after purchasing a 'grade A' phone which took three weeks to arrive, didn't work, and was returned the next day.
Don't bother trying to ring - no one answers.
Don't bother trying to email - they have a set of about 6 standard responses that they send out - never anything personal about your specific issue.
I resorted to getting Trading Standards involved and guess what - the refund appeared in my account the next day!

Sent the phone in following all the instructions on 15 August and it was delivered the following day. I have had to chase for the two emails I have had since then. Was promised payment by 31 August. Four days later no payment and not even an email to follow up.

What a joke of a company, they string you along and make loads of promises that they will deliver the phone you order, one month later still no phone. You ask for a refund after waiting a month for them to deliver your phone, then they say it will take 3 more weeks to process a refund. Wow surely they live in another dimension. I tried buying a handset from their site a month ago and was presented with an error when completing the checkout. I didn t receive an order confirmation or any acknowledgment so I assumed the site is broken and that was that.

They always respond with contact customer services but this is as useful as a chocolate fire guard. They respond after 2-3 days and leave it with management - I ve been waiting 2 weeks for management to respond. Useless. I ve complained to my bank and they are chasing the transaction. I m also going to Trading Standards.

Absolutely awful - Attempted to sell my phone through these guys and it's been nothing but pain. Almost 2 weeks later and still nothing. Sent them 3 emails, only had replies to two of them claiming that it takes 24-48 hours for a member of the recycling team to contact me - Still as of yet to receive that contact though. (All they do is delay).
Demanded to know what was going on in the third email and that they either make the payment or return the phone. Still no reply.
Will be moving forward with this - Pure and simple theft.

FURTHER UPDATE: Attempted to both email and call them today in order to sort this out and have had no response whatsoever - Now proceeding to file a claim against them. If you need to sell your phone, do not use this company. All of their 'good' reviews are fake and they screw everyone over.

Stop lying to all of us and either pay us the money as promised or return our devices to us UNDAMAGED. How this company is still allowed to operate is beyond me.

Bought a refurbished iPhone rated good quality. Phone is in really good condition, couple of small dents on corners but you don t notice once in a case. No scratches, works well. Only issue is next day delivery but up to 10 days to dispatch, which seems like ages when you re waiting for a phone. Would definitely use again if I needed a refurbished phone.
