We bought a phone for our son six months ago. The phone developed a fault and had to be sent back for repair. That was over three weeks ago and we have heard nothing from them since they received the phone. I have emailed several times but receive the same standard reply each time. When I try to phone them a recorded message says that they are not using telephone contact any more. Their customer service is non existent. Buyer beware! I will certainly not use this company again.
