This company is terrible I ordered my phone 2 week...

This company is terrible I ordered my phone 2 weeks ago (10 working days) and no phone has arrived. Don't waste your money on this terrible website and if I don't get my phone soon I will be take this to the police and trade standers. People please don't use this unreliable website.
Would give it a 0 star if i could.

I now rate them 3 stars as the phone came in perfect condition which I was happy about and they gave me compensation for the wait. The only thing that your company could improve on is talking to customers and delivering on time.
