Finally got my refund nearly two months after purc...

Finally got my refund nearly two months after purchasing a 'grade A' phone which took three weeks to arrive, didn't work, and was returned the next day.
Don't bother trying to ring - no one answers.
Don't bother trying to email - they have a set of about 6 standard responses that they send out - never anything personal about your specific issue.
I resorted to getting Trading Standards involved and guess what - the refund appeared in my account the next day!
Lets see the standard response that this review will get.....
