Slow, no products and they still have my money.
I purchased two refurbished iPads from them before Christmas. They didn t meet their agreed delivery dates even despite having very long wait times anyway. I had to cancel my order and was told it would be 14 days for a refund. I have since chased and they have now only processed the refund and are claiming the date is now 30 days for a refund! Do not buy from them, there are other suppliers on the market.i have now involved my credit card disputes team.
