SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. ID153215. This order is over 2 weeks late now, they sent me a delayed email then when i asked them to change the address before it had even been dispatched because i would be on holiday, they said they couldnt for 'security reasons' my ass. Thats just the beginning, when they FINALLY replied on email, (they keep their phone hook off so that people cant call them and it says 'busy' btw) they gave me a dispatched email, and then when i called the courier they said that my order does not exist. they are LIARS. after reading these reviews now i know its exhausting even to ask for a refund, I don't know what to do i feel like i have actually been robbed of my money, i want to call the civil claims court this place is actually stealing money from us.

Had my screen replaced on my Sony Z1 compact mobile phone.It was so easy & quick from start to finish on there website & getting my fixed mobile back,excellent & very fast service, great prices, highly recommend,10 out of 10.

I ordered an iPad on line and it arrived a week later all working and in mint condition .. so far so good I can't complain..

Ordered a phone 3rd of September and still havent recieved it. Requested a refund on the 28th of September because they said it's going to take a further 2 weeks for the phone to be dispatched. It's now 22nd October and haven't recieved my refund. It's very frustrating. Do not use this company

Hi ,Just wanted to add.This is the second time that i ve used this company for ipad repairs. This time the pre paid postage & packaging i d pre ordered did not arrive within 4 working days so contacted the company & another was sent straight out by first class mail.Apart from this everything ran very smoothly, repairs were of a good quality & excellent value for money.
I would have no hesitation in using them again should the need arise.

SHOCKING EXPERIENCE! They won't give me my money back! I purchased a phone in January 2020, it was faulty and i returned within 14 days. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND! I have been promised a refund on 8 occasions, and each time i get another excuse that it will be delayed further. How can this be allowed???? So angry and frustrated!!!!

For my 10 year olds birthday on 15th March thinking plenty time as 5 to 7 days despatch contacted in numerous occasions to be assured slight problem but would be despatched. This company is a total scam. Friend ordered 2 samsung phones that never arrived. When eventually responed to the 18th messaged asked for a refund as they only has excuses as to why hadnt been sent. Refund has not been recieved and they wony respond to any emails or messages and the phone number doesnt work. Their address is fake as have called a business that is across the road for where the are supposedly based and have never heard or seen them. Avoid like the plague as they will rip you off. Have since found 100s of other that have been ripped off by them. Look at the app, facebook and google..

Very fast fix and so easy to do. All done from posting to getting it back within a week. Good price and quality work. Very highly recommended

Never again will I use this site and most definitely would not recommend them to anyone. Firstly they sent me an 'excellent condition phone' which after 3 days the screen completely stopped working, the phone call sensor broke and the screen was clicking we sent it back. We was told it would be back within 3-5 working days and i recieved nothing, another week went by and still no phone so my partner called them to be told there was 'a big issue with the phone' So it obviously wasn't in such excellent condition and no one had even bothered to contact us regarding this issue. Another week went buy I was fuming and upset after spending so much money to be told they would not refund me or exchange phone and I would have to wait. After calling again I spoke to some rude woman customer service lady who arguared with me and put the phone down on me. We was told we would get a phone back and never did. I had to call 3 more times and i spoke to 3 different people each time as the other one 'was busy' and I was told I would get an exchange which gave me a bit of hope. But no today after a month I have recieved my phone which they sent me originally which is still glitching and has the clicky screen. I am disgusted and truly upset by the service and product from this company. Never ever again.

I placed an order, three weeks later still had not been dispatched! I requested refund and was told to wait for at least two weeks, three weeks on still no refund! This is by far the worst company I have ever had to place order with. Avoid at all cost.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered phone for boys birthday waited for 5-7 delivery nothing arrived. Finally got an email back to say they would investigate never cam back to me. Canceled order waited 10-14 day for payment still waiting for refund. Feel scammed and wont see my money again. SO PLEASE TAKE NOTE DON NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I had a broken front glass of iPad 4 and screen got locked as the swipe function got disabled due to the damage to the glass and the home button wasn't working either. I dropped my iPad to the service centre and it was ready within 2 days. I was welcomed and the customer service throughout was excellent.
The quality of glass replaced was very good and almost looked original (I had previously broken the front screen of iPad and replaced it through foneangles and the quality of glass replaced was very cheap).
I am also provided with a free case cover and stylus!
Overall, I am very satisfied with Quick Mobile Fix and would highly recommend others too!

I have this morning reported them to Trading standards, FTC and my bank in hopes I can get back the 300 pounds they have stolen from me. I ordered a refurbished IPhone on 31st August 19! No phone was ever delivered, sad excuses given as to why it hadn t been delivered. When requesting a refund 17 days ago.. was told I would have the money back in 14 days. After 15 days I wrote to their pointless customer service email and was told I wouldn t receive my refund until the end of day 18th October 2019!!! Due to their accounting issues!!!! I have trust issues anyway, but sending my phone off to a company with all my personal information and private pictures of my family is a scary thing. I don't know what they would do, or even go through my phone and steel valuable information of photos. I have waited about 5weeks for my phone an still haven't got it back. I've rang and emailed them but they say there looking Into it but no reply back. When they ask for your pass code is very suspicious , don't see why they need it , I think they are going through my photos and my other information. If there is a local shop who does phones go to them, I wish I did now. It's unacceptable how long I've waited.

I recently ordered a refurbished space grey iPhone 6 (64 gbs) from quick fix mobile. The price was very reasonable and the website easy to use. The phone however was not shipped until the 10th working day which was 2 weeks after I originally ordered the phone which was annoying as they said the maximum number of days for dispatch was 7. The phone itself is very good and has minimal wear but the battery health isn t that great but is expected from a refurbished phone.

Was as advertised very minimum scratches, the only downside was that they took the full advertised time to deliver.

Simple and Quick and worth the money , well worth a look.

I don't know where to start really... I had to give 1 star just because I couldn't give zero.
I tried to buy a phone with them on 12/5/2019 and waited the usual 10 days for the order to be dispatched, after which time nothing happened, then I asked what was happening since I needed that phone and was confirmed that I would receive it within 4 more days.
4 days went past and no news whatsoever.
So I called them to try and find out what was going on, after being held 1 hour and 40 minutes(was second in line) I get the line cut off to find out they closed the office which I found very disrispectful.
When I finally got through someone(the day after, waiting another 2 hours in line) I was told that they don't know why the phone hasn't been dispatched yet, so I asked for a refund(on 29/05/2019)
They said it would take 14 working days to process it but guess what? I still haven't received my money back and they keep apologising and saying they will give an update...
I am simply disgusted by all this.
Their service is just not existing, customer service team don't know what they are doing, finance team should get off the teas and do some actual work..... and they claim they can fix a phone in 48 hours!!! I don't know how that can happen if it took them over 6 weeks to not finalise my order/refund.

Took 2 weeks to repair the phone so not exactly quick then further to this the phone cracked several times over the first few days without having dropped the phone or impacted it in any way other than typical use of a phone. Even putting it down on a table caused a small hair line fracture to appear.

Absolute scam no other words to describe the service.

There was a slight delay with the phone I have recently purchased but qmf kept me updated at all times. Both of the phones received were classed as good condition but I feel they could have been excellent. I would recommend qmf especially to those with teenagers like mine who can be a bit careless. Qmf we will be using you again in the future.

I purchased a refurbished iPhone 6 in December, I was promised that it would be with me in 3-5 days, which was not the case. They also lied about posting the item to me as I checked with the delivery company and they had no recollection of my parcel.

When the phone arrived, I noticed that the speaker does not work unless it is on loud speaker. I have emailed numerous times about this issue and I am still being ignored.

What a poor company that do not care about their customers, all they care about is getting your money. I guess I will keep on emailing till I get a reply about the fault with my phone.

I bought a Samsung note 4 which I know isn t a new phone on receiving the device there was a problem the phone will freeze up and there is nothing I can do not even power down.that phone went back to Quickmobile fix 3 times came back to me with the same problem constantly freezing the phone freezes more than I can use it. they refuse to exchange the device for one that actually works rather I was told it s Samsung that is doing this. How can Covid cause a delay in refunding money, yet it doesn't seem to impact taking your money. Absolutely shocking lack of communication - either don't respond at all or just receive generic covid delay automated response. Ended up issuing court claim and contacting bank for charge chargeback. I was sceptical of any website as this was the first time I'd bought a mobile on-line but the experience from the website itself through to the delivery was excellent. I bought an Apple 5C 16Gb in yellow for my daughter and even though it was one of the mid price options it is like new. It arrived within days and to be honest I can't believe why anyone shops anywhere else. If you go to GAME for example they charge twice the price for the same phone second-hand. I'd recommend Quick Mobile Fix to anyone I know.

Update: It's been a month and still no refund received. Awaiting a response, but it should not take this long to process a refund.

Sent in a Nexus 7 2nd gen to get a broken usb port replaced (bent contact). After over a week it was sent back as "couldn't fix due to motherboard fault", a full refund but no replaced usb port. I tried to ask what was meant by "motherboard fault" but no response.
When I got it back I picked up a wireless charger and it charged and turned on without a problem, so it just sounds like they didn't want to break out the soldering iron as I'd expect a motherboard fault to be a bit more crippling.

I had a smashed Nexus screen. All worked incredibly well. I printed the label from Quick Mobile Fix, packaged the Nexus in a padded envelope, registered the package for posting at the Post Office. Within 4 days it was returned with registered post all mended. I was able to track the process on Quick Mobile Fix site This is the first time I have used this sort of service and was very satisfied with the service I received. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I ordered a phone from the website. It took 4 weeks and several emails to get it delivered. The phone was faulty, so I returned it. I was promised a refund within 14 days. After 14 days I emailed again and was told that the refund would take another six weeks. I (stupidly) waited six weeks and then emailed again. I was told that the refund would take another four weeks...... It seems as though this happens to a lot of people, for instance there is a Facebook group with 1200 members devoted entirely to problems with Quick Mobile Fix (Google 'Quick Mobile Fix-Customer Experiences and Issues'). I reported Quick Mobile Fix using the police Action Fraud service (Google 'police action fraud'), and would recommend other people with similar problems to do the same.

I sent the phone off on 23rd March 2018 and still awaiting payment even though the track order states payment processed NOT IT HASN'T you have stolen my phone.!! Can you pay for the goods you intend to buy! I advise anyone who uses these people to go somewhere else even if its cheaper as you will not get your money.

Quick mobile provide a prepaid address label for items to be sent off in. I needed a screen repaired on an iphone 5s. Posted it off on a Wednesday, and was returned like new on the following Monday.
Highly recommended.
