Very poor experience. I ordered an iPhone 6s and was told it would take ten working days for it to arrive. On the tenth working day, there was still no sign of my phone, so I contacted the company and was told they would need another 5 working days for additional tests. At this point, I decided to cancel my order. I cancelled and was told a refund would be issued within 30 days. On the 30th day there was no sign of my refund. I contacted the company again, they explained that there was a delay due to a change in payment providers. None of this was explained to me beforehand, no contact was made to pre-warn me of this. I was then told that another 20 days were needed to process my refund. Overall I would not recommend buying anything from this company. Customer service is appalling.

Update: 20 days has passed and still no refund. I have reported the company to trading standards. I STRONGLY ADVISE - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM.
