My husband ordered me a phone at the beginning of January for my new business. Despite various promises it was being delivered and finally that it would arrive yesterday, it still hasn t arrived. This company needs to be honest about their delivery timescales and availability of products to manage customer expectations. It has left me in a very difficult position and I still have no update on when I can expect to receive the phone.
