I have only given 1 star because I have to so I can write this review, if I could have no stars I would. ID203129

I paid on 19th November and could not believe it could take 10 days to dispatch (but that is stated so I just waited) and then to be told after 10 days sorry it will be another 3/5 days as delay in (CHECKS) due to high backlog. This is a complete joke, I wish I read the reviews first because I would off never ordered from such a unsatisfactory so called company, there contact is non existent, I have had to open a case in PayPal to try and get them to see if they can get better contact. I do not want a phone from quick Mobil fix and will be requesting a refund (whenever myself or PayPal get comunication. If this is the service just to buy a item I hate to imagine what kind service you get if the item is faulty or damaged.............
