Terrible. Bought an iPhone 7 and was supposed to be sent within 7 working days. 14 days later still not sent. 45 minutes on a premium phone number only to be told it may still be a day or two. Customer service advisor was rude and difficult to understand.
I asked for a refund and he told me 14 working days! I said that s fine as I felt the whole 14 day thing was to try and put me off cancelling.

Avoid these clowns at all cost.
