Ordered 2 x iPhone s for my children which were to be in excellent condition. One has really noticeable scratches to the screen/cover which looks as it should be a good condition phone. Numerous emails and no response to say if a replacement is available or if they could reduce the phone cost due to my son now setting up the phone up and not worried about the damage but the cost should be reflected! Disgusting customer service and you are not guaranteed to receive what you ordered, avoid as no contact number to speak to someone and they do not respond appropriately to your emails! One phone okay the other not so pot luck!!!!
