Sent iPhone off for screen repair. Took a little longer than expected as the repair was more complex. I had to chase to find out why I hadn't had phone back as quickly as expected - would have been good if they had let me know about the issue. Really pleased with the repair and service otherwise. I ordered a secondhand iPhone 6, 16gb in gold. The phone was delivered within days, the condition was as stated and commensurate with age and usage has a few scuffs and scratches, but most importantly the phone has performed admirably. Very pleased with the phone at a good price.
I would totally avoid these ppl I ordered a I phone 6s unlocked they took money straight away 5 - 7working days it states 8th working day later nothing very bad customer service days past day 10 and then I'm informed that the device wasn't unlocked to begin with even thou it stated unlocked I had to contact them day 12 still no phone was promised it would be here so cancelled and they still emailed to say shipped so finally got through as the line is always busy to tell me oh yr phone is on my desk yr tracking number doesn't go live till 4 lol what absolute joke i wouldnt never and would tell ppl to stay away they haven't a clue I'm in the process of calling trading standards as it's false advertising
I am over the moon at my purchase. I bought an iPhone 5s for my tween at three quarters of the price and it was in immaculate condition, furthermore she is over the moon too! She doesn't even know it's a refurbished phone, she thinks it's new. I will never buy a new phone again, it's not worth it when you can get refurbished phones at these price. Would 110% recommend Quick Mobile.
Like everyone else, my experience has been terrible. They clearly spend a lot of money on google ads and bots to respond to complaints in public forums - but provide no actual customer service. The business constantly promises phone delivery and then nothing arrives. So you get stuck in a loop of chasing them and just getting responses that the phone will arrive soon. I ve asked them for a refund.
Update - Quick FIx has failed to refund me within the required 14 working days as set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you are going to buy from this firm, use a credit card!
Update 2 - now over 3 months since making initial payment, over 2 months since refund request. 3 promised deadlines now missed, no communication from the business for weeks

Absolutely disgusting service. Do not use this website. Ordered an iPhone which never showed up. As it was clear that the phone was not going to be delivered I requested a refund. The customer service team agreed however the refund was never transacted. I have now been waiting over a month. I have contacted the service team who have made many different excuses however have failed to refund my item. I have now lost a significant amount of money and do not have a mobile phone.

I ordered a phone and after weeks of waiting, and 7 cancellation and refund requests still NO REFUND! I will write a review each day until this company repay me. I would strongly suggest any future customers avoid this company. I believe the other reviews must be FAKE. I ahve reported them to the FCA.
Yes its true, they never ever answer the phone, ever. For the people trying to get through to them Tweet them, thats what i did and i got a response within 5 minutes and got my issue sorted. email and phone is useless with these people.

I purchased a phone from this company last August for my son. In April the phone started to glitch and the screen was coming away from it. It was still under warranty, so I returned it in May thinking it would be repaired without hesitation, how wrong could I be. 3 months on they have not repaired the phone and are attempting to screw me for nearly 200 quid to repair it. I have exchanged countless emails with them and have finally asked for the phone to be returned so I can get an independent assessment of the damage. I can t even get the phone back off them. The staff are incompetent and you constantly have to chase them for a response. Do not be suckered in!

I have now waited more that 15 working days for a phone which has yet to arrive. I received no communication from them that my order was delayed, I've had to chase multiple times and each time get fobbed off with excuses. Suffice to say I have cancelled my order.
Update: Post the terrible experience outlined below switched to GiffGaff. Similar pricing for phone. When it broke last week I sent off on Sat am under warranty, received a letter today saying that they couldn't promise to repair in a week so had sent new one which was in much better condition that the original. I was delighted. What a difference!

Iphone 7 received by them on 4th jan to install a new charging port it took 4 days to look at this. They didn't have in stock had to order. This took another two weeks to arrive only to find that wasn't the problem. So they did dianostic and said it was battery problem, after installing a battery and doing another diagnostic they then tell me needs new screen. They don't send email updates and you have to spend upto 30 minutes waiting to speak to someone which can be infuriating listening to recorded message telling me that they will fix phone in 24 - 48 hours when they've had my phone for 5 weeks. I now just want my phone back unfixed and was told 4 days ago it will be within 24 hours. Not what I would call a good service. As more info comes to light even more convinced this company cons you into paying for repairs that are not needed. I was told it needed new screen as the home button wasn't responding. I'm glad I said no and to return my phone back as I now find that IPhone 7 home button has nothing to do with screen and if it's faulty it can't be replaced or fixed except by sending phone back to Apple. Please never use this company. If you're thinking to yourself, 'I'm not sure if I should buy a second-hand phone from a relatively unknown company online, are they trustworthy?'. The answer is no. They are a badly organised outfit with terrible customer service.
I ordered a phone, changed my mind on the model and paid the difference for a better model. The phone didn't arrive for 2 weeks, so I cancelled the order. They will only refund me for the first model and not the difference in the cost, around 80 pounds.
I've been battling this with their customer service team for well over 6 months now. Most of the time they ignore my emails.
First of all, I ordered a refurbished phone labelled as in stock. This took 21 days to arrive, after 14 days I decided to chase the order up to be told there were issues with getting a phone unlocked.
Between day 14 and 21 I requested to cancel the order 3 times, each time I got a reply apologizing saying please give us another 7 days to get this resolved, I replied to each response saying no, I want to cancel the order and be issued a refund. As well as this I tried calling multiple times with no answer.
After the 3rd e-mail requesting to cancel (after threatening to get CAB involved) I was told it's too late to cancel as it has been shipped and if I want to return I would have to do so at my own cost.
The next day the phone turns up. It is faulty, even after sporting 3 separate Quality assurance signatures, the phone fails to turn on, I've taken it to a phone repair shop in my area who have advised it is indeed a hardware fault, and so will need returning, unbelievable.
So after a 21 day wait, I receive a phone that doesn't work even after requesting to cancel my order 3 times, I now have to return at my own cost.
Now let's see how long my refund takes, wish me luck.

Rapid repair to broken iPad screen - easy to use and they provided the shipping so I didn't have to shop around. Posted on Monday morning and it arrived back on Friday morning. The only negative is that the glass isn't as good as the Apple original - it shows fingerprints and smudges easily and is more reflective. I would have been happy to pay more for better glass.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They took my daughter's money for a refurbished iphone and it was never delivered. They have stalled and stalled to refund her money, breaching the Consumer Rights Act, but think their own processes are above the law of the country. Although polite on the phone, they never "update" you as they promise, and it ends up you having to chase them. I have now had to start court proceedings to claim back my daughter's money.
Do not use this company. Would have given zero stars if i could. Purchased Iphone 7 plus which stopped working 2 months. Very poor - ordered a pristine iPhone 8 Plus. Despite repeated promises that they would do their utmost to ship it did not. After 3 weeks I had to cancel order and contact card company for refund. Ho hum, clearly did not have the product to sell!!
The iPhone was shipped quickly. But.... Your postal courier service let you down. (The courier LIED when they said they had left a card at my address. Obviously, they knew I'd have to go to their depot to collect the item. Once signed for, the company STILL gets paid).
Order ID136587. I placed my order for an iPhone 5s on Saturday 18th November. I received confirmation of my order by email with the message that my phone should be dispatched within 3-5 working days.
On Monday 27th I emailed to ask for a status update and was told there had been a delay due to quality control checks but that my phone should be dispatched within 1-3 working days.
On Friday 1st December I emailed again to ask for a status update and was told my order had been prioritized "to ensure it is the next to be shipped".
By Tuesday 5th still no phone or even notification that it had been dispatched so I emailed again to request an update and have now been told "We will liaise with our dispatch department to get confirmation as to when your order will be dispatched and as soon as they respond, we will contact you."
So here we are, a full 12 working days since I placed the order and I still don't have any idea when the phone will be dispatched. Very frustrating and very disappointing service so far.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE, After waiting 14 days for a phone, the on they delivered was broken, i sent it back for a full refund and was told to wait 2 days. There was then a fault with the system and it was sent to the finance department. Wait another 2 days. i did. I was then told 3 days later that it is being sent to the finance department for investigation and to wait 3 more days. It took just under a month from when they received the phone! TERRIBLE COMPANY WITH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Ordered a phone on 4th Dec, advertised as arriving in 3-5 working days, nothing. Queried via email as could not get through on phone or live chat, they said delay due to quality control, but that it would be with me in another few days - 18 Dec still nothing. Given the other review stating this I am now thinking this is dishonest. Am going ask for a refund now as don't trust this phone will get to me and was a present for son's birthday - now missed. Terrible service. They should be contacting customers to explain delays. Would give zero stars too if that's an option.

I have now purchase 2 preloved iPhone 5cs One for my teenage son and the other for my wife. Wow! Phones as listed and described, really quick delivery good comms and care about customer service and experience. DO NOT USE quickmobilefix they take ur money, don't deliver goods ( or deliver faulty goods) ( see Facebook page quickmobilefix-customer experiences and issues) and then don't pay refunds, u have to chase them via PayPal/bank or small claims court to get your money back.

They have great reviews on trustpilot but for us who were duped our bad reviews have been removed. They are running 3 different names businesses from same address. There is a page on here that will show u customer experiences with them. So please share and make people aware of the fraudulant company. I just wanna stop people getting conned the way I did. They will try to have this review removed but I will put it up every day if I have to.
Worst customer service i have ever encountered from any company. 15 days after placing my order still not received anythiing and they refuse to give me a call to discuss despite multiple email requests and being supplied with a phone number which i have with me 24/7.
I now have multiple emails from various customer service operators who seem incapable of reading the email chains and just give generic answers.
I got an email 3 days ago saying that it had been DISPATCHED and was with Royal Mail 24 and giving a tracker number . But it did not arrive so when I sent another email complaining it was told that it was not yet picked up by Royal Mail. So it had obviously NOT been dispatched and the first mail was a lie.
I have told company that I will be contacting police, trading standards and the courts to recover my money.
If you find yourself with days of time on your hands with nothing to do but chase up then this is a good way to waster some time. But otherwise I would avoid this company like the plague
Update: now 4:30pm and the tracker number that was supplied by QMF is still not recognised by Royal Mail...But allegedly this item was with RM24 today so no matter what it should be delivered to me tomorrow .
What i cannot understand why these people cannot do me the courtesy of a simple phone call ..

I ordered an Ipad 3 and it arrived really quickly and I was surprised on the quality: There were a few marks on the back but that's to be expected on a reconditioned ipad and the screen was brand new, and so looks brand new in my daughter's ipad holder. I purchased a telephone recently, the payment was taken from my card , I had no confirmation from Quick mobile fix, no response to my email asking about the confirmation and delivery. there is no way of phoning them, only emails that remain unanswered. the only course left for me is to chase them somehow to get my money back. I have used this company before without incident, but this time there is a shocking lack of response considering they have my money.
This company is fantastic. I wanted a phone, they sent me the phone I wanted at a price I was delighted to pay. My daughter was so happy with it I just ordered another for my son. Can't wait for my own phone to need replacing.

Long story short, I ve ordered a phone in July the product wasn t available but they didn t advertise that obviously. 10 days later I was offered another colour, I said that I didn t want it and they offered me the option of a refund. * they proceeded with payment without sending anything!!!! 3 MONTHS LATER I contacted them 4 times, I have send them formal letters after having to contact consumer/citizens advice. Every time the day they will proceed with the refund and every time I just waste my time waiting. I think my next step is going to be small claim court. Avoid with any cost. You have been warned! DO NOT USE!! Ordered a phone waited the 10 days dispatch time and had nothing from them. Emailed the company...waited 48 hours for a response for them to then say Wait another 1-3 days. This passed and anything again. Emailed and they said another 1-3 days or could have an alternative colour dispatched straight away...bearing in mind they were supposed to dispatch tight colour a week ago. Refused and asked to cancel order. They just kept saying wait 1-3 days for dispatch. Ended up raising a dispute with my bank for the payment made and they for my money back for me!! I'd advise anyone else to do the same.
Ordered a refurb phone which was faulty, contacted them the next day and returned it. Have emailed lots of times and called them. After an hour on hold was told someone would call me back, they never did. Then had an email asking for my number so someone could call me, they never did. I have had no refund even though it was within the 14 day no quibble guarantee so I have no phone and no refund. I then received a message saying my issue has been resolved so I messaged back saying it hasn t and still no one has called me. Will try to call them again tomorrow if I have a free hour to wait to be fobbed off again. I was told the phone is just dead so they can t check it to issue the refund, I know it s dead that s why I returned it!!!!
Now the phone lines don't work either - I am contacting trading standards and suggest others do the same. Also, the online web chat doesnt work either
This company is 90% a scam. Be warned! It seems from the reviews (if real) that most people get a phone sent and are happy. My girlfriend waited a month for her new phone, in that time she bought an old one off a friend and cancelled the extremely delayed order. Now the refund has been pushed back by 3 months. Every email we send get the same response saying they have too many payments to deal with and it will be another month!!
My phone keeps freezing for 10second-2minutes. I would say at least 5 times a day sometimes more. no one from the company has called me to fix it and have only sent me emails asking me to review... which I am now doing. The phone cost a lot of money and I'm disappointed they didn't check that it basically functioned as this was what they said caused the delay in sending (over 2 weeks).

Emailed them to ask what had happened, was told i'd hear back within 3 working days. 4 days later and not heard anything, and my emails are being ignored. I purchased a phone on 24.04.20 for the phone to be extremely delayed. In this time I purchased a new phone from elsewhere.
I cancelled my order and requested a refund. The excuses have been unbelievable! Still after 3 whole months, no refund and they continue to make excuses as to why I have not received my money.
I have now had to take this matter further.
This company is a scam and you will not be able to call and speak to anyone and if you request a call back you will never receive it.
