Absolutely awful - Attempted to sell my phone thro...

Absolutely awful - Attempted to sell my phone through these guys and it's been nothing but pain. Almost 2 weeks later and still nothing. Sent them 3 emails, only had replies to two of them claiming that it takes 24-48 hours for a member of the recycling team to contact me - Still as of yet to receive that contact though. (All they do is delay).
Demanded to know what was going on in the third email and that they either make the payment or return the phone. Still no reply.
Will be moving forward with this - Pure and simple theft.

UPDATE:
They've made promise of payment again, told me it would be three working days - It should be no surprise that this was yet another lie. They've clearly violated consumer rights, among other things.

FURTHER UPDATE: Attempted to both email and call them today in order to sort this out and have had no response whatsoever - Now proceeding to file a claim against them. If you need to sell your phone, do not use this company. All of their 'good' reviews are fake and they screw everyone over.

Stop lying to all of us and either pay us the money as promised or return our devices to us UNDAMAGED. How this company is still allowed to operate is beyond me.
