Disappointing service, first phone sent out was faulty then took over 10 days to confirm receipt and then another 10 days to send a replacement which again was over their own ridiculous timescales

The new phone is also in terrible condition but frankly I do not trust this company at all and will not be sending t back again to wait another month for another sub standard phone.
