Absolutely appalled at the service of this company...

Absolutely appalled at the service of this company ,took my money and then informed me it would take 7 to 10 WORKING days and never recieved phone after almost 3 weeks ,emailed as phone number doesn't work and got told sorry blah blah ,then in desperation told them I would be contacting my credit card for a refund if i didn't receive the phone very soon they immediately replied saying the order was cancelled and I would have to seek a refund .avoid this company just read reviews wish I had
