I bought a repair service on the 26th September. I cancelled it the next day following their policy and the company told me that a refund will be processed within 10-14 days. I have sent a few emails the last 10 days and the answer is that they will get the refund processed asap. Last email i sent is today, 26/10. I didn't have any respond yet. I think that it is unprofessional and disappointing to have someone to wait for so long, longer as the agreement was for their refund. This is not a professional attitude and i can not recommend this company.

So disappointed and angry at the service I am getting. I should have listened and taken notice of the other reviews and not used Quick Fix Mobile. I purchased an iPhone X in anticipation of my first child coming and wanting to get good photos with its great camera. I placed the order on 27 June which I thought plenty of time ahead of of EDD of 24 July. I have just been informed my phone will not be dispatched until 19 July at earliest. If I cancel the order it will take over 2 weeks to have the money reimbursed to me. I was told I would get a call back last Monday from someone senior to discuss my case but have been ignored. They just take your money and have dreadful customer service when you do eventually get through. Utterly ridiculous and appalling company. I can t stress this enough. Do NOT use Quick Fix Mobile. This is not a one off. Read the other reviews.

My repair is still outstanding. My mobile was received by them 9 days ago. I have contacted them 4 separate times and their response if a "form" email rather than addressing me personally. I was strongly recommended their service by a friend, but my experience has been appalling. They may have grown too fast. AVOID if others are having similar experience.

Update - So yesterday I spoke to someone at QMF who promised to get back to me the same day. Guess what - he didn't. Called today (Saturday) and apparently my phone is fixed and being dispatched on Monday. The guy I spoke to couldn't address my concerns regarding their service standards. He said he'll get a manager to call me on Monday. I'm not holding my breath! In summary, notwithstanding other's experience, I definitely can not recommend this firm

I bought a 'iphone 6' plus supposedly tested and constantly back for various warranty work ie new screen replaced , battery knackered. Customer service terrible, went on holiday and advised what date I was back and asked them to ship back for this date . There response was they are inflexible and I need to get back from holiday and advise them to ship causing me further transit delays without a phone. In a lengthy email trail they say things may change like the delivery address or date !! Im telling them where and when I want it back and nothing will change in a week or so, ridiculous company !!

This is one of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I ordered a phone through them which they claimed would take up to 10 days to dispatch. Once this time was up I contacted them via email to ask what the reason for the delay was. They then asked for an additional 5 days with no explanation other than the need for more quality checks. I requested a cancellation of my order and then bought from an alternative retailer who had it shipped and in my hands within 48 hours - the kind of service you would expect. Quick Mobile Fix ignored my request to cancel twice in email so I tried calling instead. Their number rings out most of the time with no answer. On the two occasions that I have managed to speak to someone, the first person hung up on me and the second claimed I would get a call back from the person who handles cancellations, who unsurprisingly never did call back. In the meantime, they hurriedly shipped the device to me but I have refused to take delivery of it. I am now trying to get a refund by disputing through PayPal but they are fighting it. They are a sham operation. Avoid dealing with them.

I recently ordered an Apple iPhone 5S - White / Silver - (16GB) - Unlocked - Good Condition from Quick Mobile Fix. I urgently needed a phone as I was going away and my phone had broken. Previously we had had good experience with ordering from Quick Mobile Fix and so did not question ordering again from them. This time however I wish I had not! The confirmation email stated that the phone would be dispatched in 10 days or most likely sooner. I have heard nothing more and two weeks have past. I have emailed several times but not received and answer and have called many times and each time the phone rings for a while and then disconnects. This is appalling customer service and I am beyond frustrated and annoyed. I have had to now go away with no phone and I have no way of finding out when or if the phone will actually arrive. I am appalled at the customer service and would not have ordered from Q. M. F again if I had realised that their service had gone so badly downhill. I sincerely hope that someone from the company reads this and immediately rectifies the situation so that I can at least contemplate writing something more positive as a review!!

I recently bought an iPhone 6. 64gb from this company. The communication was faultless, service great, ou arrived within the 10 days they ask you to allow up to. My son is over the moon with it and for the price it was an absolute bargain in mint condition with a 12 month warranty! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

On Tuesday we made a mistake to place an order for in iPhone. At the time of order, the item was showing available in stock. On Thursday, still no indication of shipment so we called the customer services. After 40 minutes on the line, they rep said it will take 5-7 working days for the item to be shipped and she will personally look into this to be dispatched to us on Friday since my wife was going away and needed the phone.
Friday came and went, we sent 2 emails both responded to with the same empty promises.
Then Monday and Tuesday we talked to them and every time the response was it will be shipped to you today.
On Wednesday we called and asked to cancel since my wife was on a plane to leave and we had no use for the phone now.
The response was, ok but it will take 14 working days for a refund. Absolute shambles. Yes there are good reviews but a business is judged on how they handle a problem which was for us totally unacceptable .
By the way, it has been 14 working days and we still have not received our refund !

Their order tracker has never been updated and emails from their customer service have just fobbed me off, i.e very apologetic, having quality control problems, will just be a few more days. This is exactly the mistake I made. Spent 180 pounds for a refurbished phone. Delivered to me after one and a half month and not working. Sent back for repair and never came back despite numerous emails. They never answer the phone, try it yourself.
Seriously people, this company is a gang of bandits.
RESIST THE TEMPTATION AND AVOID BUYING FROM HERE, YOU'RE BETTER OFF BUYING A NEW PHONE OR A USED ONE FROM A LOCAL STORE.

Edit (4/10/17) - Have now received a partial refund hence the star increase. Didn't require an argument - it was offered. The HTC 10 is incredibly difficult to repair so that wasn't my issue.

Unlike many I didn't receive a great service. I don't mind a mistake as long as the company takes time to correct said mistake. Unfortunately they didn't and I was left out of pocket with a non phone and poorly repaired phone. I'm too busy to chase people for this stuff and after some very jobs worthy emails elected to go elsewhere.

I hope if choose this company you have no issues. If are busy and value professionalism, look elsewhere.

Do not ever buy a phone from this company. Purchased multiple phones from here over a month ago and still have not received it. Excuses keep being made about quality control. After asking for a refund, one week later they are still asking if I want the refund and I still have not been reimbursed. They say they are able to guarantee immediate dispatch and then a couple of days later say they are trying their best to dispatch it, which is a complete lie. I even called to cancel the order and had to wait in the queue for almost an hour and then they hung up on me when I finally got through to them.

Disgraceful display of greed and poor customer service! I ordered 2 iphone 6s mobiles on the 2nd December - well in time for Xmas delivery or so I thought. Turns out that they do not have the phones albeit took my money anyway and now pretend that they had a 'system failure' so cannot deliver until after the new year. This is a textbook case of how to ruin an otherwise workable business model. Shame on you for 'stealing Xmas'! People - avoid this company, they do not care about the customer only your hard earned cash!

My daughter saved for many months to buy an Apple Watch series 1 & she found one on the Quick Mobile Fix site that she could afford. So it was purchased on 7 October 2018. We were told that dispatch information would be received within 10 working days. So we waited the 10 days and then chased. We were told they would check with their dispatch department. We waited longer and then chased again. We were asked to wait another 5 working days which we did. After this I gave up and asked for a refund. I chased several times and was eventually told I would receive a refund on the 5 January 2019! I was absolutely outraged at having to wait for so long for what should just be a simple refund. However, I had little choice other than to wait. The 5 January arrived and still no refund so I chased again. I eventually received a 'pending' payment into my paypal account on 8 January which I finally just received confirmation today from paypal that it cleared on 15 January. Very relieved to have eventually got a refund but find this consumer experience to be totally unacceptable. Quick Mobile Fix may well be ok for fixing things, but I would never buy from this company - it was anything but Quick! My daughter has now finally been able to purchase an apple watch from another company thank goodness!

Owing to my own carelessness, I've had to use Quick Mobile Fix for the second time having dropped my Apple iPad. I've been delighted with the speed of service and the updated progress reports in their website. Both repairs have been entirely reliable, and you wouldn't know that a repair had been carried out were it not for the repair quality label on the casing. Altogether it's a good value service too, with postage included in a transparent fee.

Initially was told if I opt for a different colour the order would be dispatched the following day. I have been waiting and items still have not been received. I have called 15 times and they don't answer, it ends up just cutting off. I bought the items and paid for the items hoping they would arrive in time for the holiday break I have coming up but it clearly doesn't seem like I'm going to receive them. Our refurb phone arrived promptly and unfortunately did have a couple of glitches ( has been back twice). However Quick Mobile Fix have been excellent, fast and professional in correcting the problem. No hassle. No quibble and all is now good. Things happen, its life (!), we tend to gauge a good company on how things get rectified, hence the 5 stars because they have provided good service and the product is now fine, good value for money and would definately use them again.

I would NOT recommend this company at all, in fact, I think I've had the worst customer service from this company than any other in my whole life! I ordered a refurbished phone and paid for it in full, being assured from the website that it would be dispatched in 7-10 days. These days came and went and still no phone. While the company are quick to respond to emails (I could never get through on the phone line and despite saying there was a chat line on the website, I could not find this), I felt that the emails were so impersonal and almost like a template they sent to everyone. Each time I emailed, there had been some kind of generic delay, and I would be promised delivery in 3 days, 5 days, etc. or to be put on the priority list. A month had gone by and I was still receiving delaying emails, so I cancelled my order, very annoyed that my hard-earned cash had been sitting in their bank account for a month. I now am in the process of trying to get a refund, and of course I didn't expect this process to be any smoother. Of course, 7-10 days (as stated on the website) have passed and still no refund. Quick Mobile Fix are still sending out generic emails telling of some delay and saying that it will be paid in the next 7 days. I wonder if they're running a scam where they keep people's money in their accounts for as long as they can for the interest? I have lost all faith in this company to keep their word, and I would urge you to avoid at all costs.

I ordered a reconditioned I Phone 6 on 25th January and waited for my delivery.
After two weeks ( website said 7 working days) I emailed and asked where it was. I was told that it stated in my confirmation email that they endeavoured to send within 7 working days.
I left it another week and emailed again to be told it was due for delivery Monday/ Tuesday ( 18th or 19th February) and apologies
It hadn t arrived on Wednesday so started looking at online reviews, and saw multiple scathing ones, which I d wished I d seen BEFORE I ordered! So I emailed them and told them they were in breach of our purchase contract. I had a further email saying it was coming Thursday / Friday ( 21st/22nd February.......
on Friday afternoon I contacted them again by email, stating that if I hadn t received it by the time I got home from work I would be reporting them to Trading standards and seeking legal advice
Saturday AM, still no phone..... I emailed them telling them I wished to cancel my order, it was now 20 working days and they were in breach of 2015 act and I was assuming they had now stolen my money
First thing Monday AM I phoned my bank, got a full refund from them, was not too surprised to hear that they had had dealings with this company a few times before. They would now be looking into this as fraud
....... end if you would think?.... no, because I got an email from UPS telling me a parcel was being delivered Wednesday...... all Quick Mobile Fix said was to refuse the delivery .....

Really wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Waited 2weeks to be sent a damaged phone. Impossible to get through on the phones and only seem to be getting 1 email per day with minimal response in them. No way to run a business. It's been more than a month now since these people have my phone for a screen replacement and they keep telling me that the delay was due to missing replacement parts. I can understand that but for a whole month, especially when fixing phones is your bread and butter?
They also keep replying to emails stating the same thing, that is, the repair is now being treated with priority. They are treating it as priority for the past 3 weeks or so...
All in all they should just drop 'quick' from their name as their service is anything but. It's one month on, I'm still without my phone and I'm afraid I'll have to go down a legal route to get my phone and money back.

Following my conversation with QMF I am changing my review. They still will not get 5 stars for sure. The core of their systems is good like generating a return label, email etc. That is where it stops. Human interaction is non existent.

But their overall communication is still very poor for example their landline. No point in even trying it and making your blood boil. Yes they do reply to your email but after around 2 hours. So if you are after something critical it may not get resolved in a jiffy. Also there is no consistency in who replies to your emails.

The customer service is hit and miss, some people have talked very highly of it while others have described it as very poor. May be I was at the wrong side of the stick and got a poor handset delivered.

I wish them luck but they will find it very difficult to retain customers if they continue like this.

I found them via a recommendation on The Mirror so was under the impression that they are reputable. Absolutely not. I have given until end of today to make payment into my account or confirm (via 3rd party couriers confirmation) that phone is being returned to me on a next day service, or I will be instructing the authorities under a matter of THEFT. Watch this space but STEER CLEAR.

**UPDATE** AND ANOTHER "Sorry we can't locate your order" - you have located it, I have discussed it with someone today yet payment still hasn't been made despite assurances it was being referred to the director. I will be reporting both the company and the directors CHINEDU KEN EMECHEBE & LEELA EMECHEBE to Trading Standards this evening, as well as reporting the theft of my phone to the police & initiating court proceedings.
