Awful. Ordered an iphone from them. After 10 days I asked if they had tracking info, I was then informed that the device hadn't been shipped but would be shipped 'as a priority' within 3-5 days. Still nothing. I then requested a refund, which they advise would take FOURTEEN WORKING DAYS. Still nothing. Currently going through Small Claims Court to get they money back...
