Terrible experience with the company and their customer services.

I tried buying a handset from their site a month ago and was presented with an error when completing the checkout. I didn t receive an order confirmation or any acknowledgment so I assumed the site is broken and that was that.

They always respond with contact customer services but this is as useful as a chocolate fire guard. They respond after 2-3 days and leave it with management - I ve been waiting 2 weeks for management to respond. Useless. I ve complained to my bank and they are chasing the transaction. I m also going to Trading Standards.
