UPDATE: Getting on for a calendar month and still no sign of payment, even though they messaged last week to confirm correct payment details. Surely running out of excuses now?

Sent the phone in following all the instructions on 15 August and it was delivered the following day. I have had to chase for the two emails I have had since then. Was promised payment by 31 August. Four days later no payment and not even an email to follow up.
