Order ID - 196705. Please do not waste your money with this company. Ordered an item in October, item lost in transit, took 2 months for the company to acknowledge the loss. Now waiting for a refund. Was advised in email that it would take no longer than 14 days for the refund to be paid, but they needed some bank details I.E BIC, IBAN etc. I didn't hear anything back, so emailed them.

Just had an email back stating please be advised refunds take 10 to 14 days to be PROCESSED. So one representative says it'll be paid within 14 days and another says it'll be processed within 14 days.

This company is an absolute shambles. Do not trust them with your hard earned money. Disgusting customer service. Completely unreasonable, unacceptable experience, Quick to take your money, not so quick to refund and deal with issues.

This company is a disgrace. DO NOT USE. They just Cut and paste replies on reviews and emails as you can see. They don't read emails or reviews fully. Still waiting for a refund after in excess of 8 weeks waiting. Company have been told by their delivery partner that the item has been lost in transit yet they still fail to refund. Absolutely pathetic. (Consumer Rights Act states If you bought something from a business to be delivered, it s the seller s responsibility to make sure the item is delivered to you.

If the seller used a courier, they should chase the courier to find out what s happened to your order - it s not your responsibility). So why hasn't a refund still not been received 8 weeks later. They have been told SEVERAL times by their delivery partner the item is lost in transit.

I ordered a phone a few months ago for my Wife and it arrived in perfect working order and is still perfect now.

Why 1 star you ask! Because I had a good experience, I advised my daughter to use quick mobile fix to save some money on a new phone. She ordered an IPhone 7, pristine, delivery to Ireland. 8 weeks later and she's still not received the phone. As I'm sure we're all aware, it is the responsibility of the company up until the point it's been delivered. Apparently the item has been lost in transit. Not my daughters problem, unfortunately it is an issue between Quick Mobile Fix and their delivery partners. So why hasn't my daughter been refunded? She has been fobbed off a ridiculous amount of times asking her to give another couple of days, 8 weeks has gone by, a refund is needed ASAP.

Quick Mobile Fix will know who I am talking about by the location and surname. Get this sorted.

Completely incompetent company, I know they'll say it's down to the delivery partner, but this is not the case. Several weeks have passed with several emails backwards and forwards, this should have been looked into and resolved by Quick Mobile Fix weeks ago. Absolutely pathetic customer service.

Do not use. I will keep you posted with a result, but I suspect this will be going to trading standards. And every review site and social media platform that can be utilised.
