So long story short i paid to have my phone's screen replaced but they failed 4X and have sent my phone back with more damage than they received it with this is by far and above the worst company I have ever dealt with do not allow this disease to continue. If your interested just how bad these guys are keep reading.
So so so slow and awful customer service that continually hang up on you they have already had my phone for 5days and only now have I been informed that they don't even have the part that I paid for. Furious is an understatement.
Received a response to this review which Is useless to me and only serves to make it look like they have addressed my complaint (they absolutely haven't). Still nothing from customer services at all meaning they can't even keep to their own response timeframe (24-48 hours). Considering the response to this review only took 8 hours they clearly care more about their appearance than customer experience.
Also responding to this review with the exact same excuse you did the first time is nothing less than offensive. Allow me to be clear I don't care how many people have ordered repairs or that you think this is acceptable I am telling you it isn't and that taking money for services you cannot provide is a criminal offense. In short your "service" is essentially a theft that I have paid for.
One month on I still have not received my phone back from the repair.
Two months in I have still not received my phone also they haven't touched it since September 10th.
I have contacted customer services 25x but not a single time was the the phone answered sent an email only gotten an automated response.
Finally get a response to tell me it will be 1-3
Working days two months and two weeks after they have received and "repaired" my phone 4 times. Only after calling for a week straight do I actually speak to a lady called Tanya who unhelpfully informed me that the same issue has reoccurred in that they have ordered an incompatible screen again and that this time they need 3 weeks......
I have cancelled my repair and have been told I should receive my money after two weeks and my phone after 3 at a time I am not at home to accept it.
I hate this company and more than anything look forward to watching their own business practices bring them down.
