Avoid. I would give minus stars if I could. Sent my phone in for a screen replacement on 22nd December. Quick Mobile Fix confirmed receipt on 5th January. OK, it had been Christmas, maybe they were busy and had less working days. BUT I then spent months emailing back and forth, while yes I did eventually receive responses to my emails, my questions were avoided and I was never given a date that my phone would be returned. I was told 7-10 days on several occasions and still no phone. It was only after I sought legal advice that I finally received my phone back in April along with a refund... Still not fixed after 4 months. I have since used another company who returned my phone within a week and its as good as new. Save yourself the time and stress and go elsewhere!
