Terrible customer service, awful manner from one particular agent. Still no refund nearly a month later from a product not received. Cannot contact them either because the phone is either constantly engaged or it takes at least half an hour to get through. Do not order from this company, as if anything goes wrong you will have no chance sorting it out!
