What can I say - this has to be the biggest mess a...

What can I say - this has to be the biggest mess around I have EVER experienced from a company that I based my sale on through Google Reviews (seeing the overall 4.2 out of 5 review).

I purchased a refurbished iPhone 5c that was listed as: "Fully Tested, fully functional and working ... In very good condition, light signs of use".

Upon receiving my phone (June 29th/30th) I realised there was an LCD defect where the screen was pink, I instantly returned the phone the next day and was told that my service on the phone would take around 5-7 days... this was at the start of July.

Now on the 20th of July (THREE weeks after they have received the phone double the time promised to process my order) and multiple phone calls /emails that I never received later, I have been told that I am going to receive my phone by Friday. Also to add to my problem, I have been told I CANNOT claim my money back because I have "owned" the phone for over the 14 day return rate DESPITE not having the phone in my own possession for any of that time.
