If you require anything "QUICK" from these people you are better off handing it over to a snail.

My phone, which only requires a new battery and charge port, has been with these people for almost 3 months. probably would have been better off with a youtube guide and my own 2 hands. ONCE I get my phone back I will NEVER be using them again

DON'T FALL INTO THE SAME TRAP I DID.

*UPDATE 09/10/19*

My phone was returned to me by post. The things I requested was not repaired. My device was not put back together and from what I can see the new parts was never installed or even sent to me when my phone was returned. So I basically paid them to open my phone and babysit it, then send it back to me in worst condition then I sent it in.
