Breathtakingly incompetent and seem unwilling to try to do anything about it. Sent my phone Dec 6th 2017, end of Feb now, still not got it back. Not worthy of one star. Supposedly returned about a month ago but courier firm lost it, since then I have been waiting for another. Each call, which takes forever to get through is an exercise in bad customer relations. One guy would not put me through to manager but said new phone would be sent next week. Hey! Why hurry yourself? Today was told again (this time by the service manager) that a new phone would be sent NEXT WEEK! When I suggested that in the name of good customer relations it would be nice to have a next day Royal Mail delivery, told flatly that was
not possible. Will be contacting 'Which' consumer advice people and The Guardian's consumer advice team to see if they can help. At wit's end...absolutely useless. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
