Paid for an iPhone 6 and canceled it the following day due to personal circumstances. Under the Distance Selling Act, I am entitled to a full refund. Since then I have been promised the date il be refunded, which they failed to do deliver on. Now being told there is a "system error and the finance team is actively working to resolve it." That was 2 days ago guys and I don't know what you are trying to resolve....must be a pigeon in your bank account... DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY
