I received my refurbished iPhone this morning after ordering it 6 months ago. It was advertised as a turnaround of around 10days or so. When I emailed to find out where my stuff is I would get the most poorly written responses about how I was placed onto some invented high-priority list and how my phone was being checked by a made-up team. I was on the verge of reporting this company to the police and attempting to get my money back but fortunately my phone arrived. On the whole a very dishonest, poorly organised hustle. The phone was cheap, thats the only thing.

Actually I wouldn t give them even one star. I ordered an iPad in MARCH. Delays due to Covid seemed reasonable. Waited patiently. Eventually told in JUNE that they couldn t provide the item and offered me a refund. It s now end AUGUST and still awaiting said refund following excuse after excuse and assurance after assurance it would be paid as soon as possible. Now they are assuring me (with the same email response) that payment will be made mid SEPTEMBER! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a refurbished iPhone 7 and paid for it. The phone did not arrive after the stated 12 working days, and there were no updates. I tried phoning, but couldn t get through even after spending an hour at a time waiting on hold. I emailed and eventually received a response to say the phone was undergoing quality checks and would be dispatched ASAP. The phone finally arrived 15 working days after ordering.
I am extremely happy with the phone, it works well and is in great condition. Very good value for money. The company need to work on their communication though.

I ordered a refurbished iPhone 5s for my daughter who had saved up her Christmas money. To cut a long story short, it never arrived, leaving my daughter dissappointed. I had to chase them, and they finally admitted they didn't have it in stock.

Why take money for products you don't actually have? When I cancelled the order the refund then took 2 weeks to come through which to be fair matches the terms they quoted, but 2 weeks, really? I paid upfront, for something they must have known they didn't have when they advertised it.

With a little honesty and communication this could have been a different story. Hopefully lessons will be learned. I re-ordered from Music Magpie and it came the next day... not all second hand phone dealers are this bad!

Quick Mobile Fix seemed the best for choice and price.
I ordered my phone, and nervously awaited the (very prompt) delivery.
I need not have worried: the phone was delivered exactly as described. (In fact, although the description said that there may be a few scuff marks on the back, I cannot find any).
I would certainly use Quick Mobile Fix again if necessary. From my experience, I would recommend this Company.

When it finally came it was faulty the sound didn't work at all. Recently sold a phone to them as it was the best price offered too me. But from the start I had problems. On the Royal Mail tracking service it told me my phone was delivered but yet they couldn t find it for days. I emailed them a few times before all of a sudden they found it. They messed about during the processing period. In the end I did get my money for the phone but I wouldn t recommend them to anyone unless you want a fight on your hands. I sent them my phone with the label they provided. Despite it being signed for by them for weeks they denied receiving it. They do not answer the phone and take weeks to respond to emails if at all.
After threatening to report them to trading standards and the police I have received a phone back in the post but it is not the phone that I sent to them so they have basically stolen my good quality iphone and sent me back a scratched and damaged on that does not belong to me and they have probably stolen from someone else!!!!
I have given them 24hrs to resolve the matter and if not I will be reporting them to the police.

Warning!!! Do not buy anything from here. I ordered a phone (ID309934) over a month ago. I've had no communication since. I've sent emails requesting a refund and they are non responsive. Their website chatbot is not responding to any messages. Very dodgy!
UPDATE - No response to any of my emails for 3 months since placing my order and receiving an order confirmation. I have now finally managed to get my money back through my bank chargeback service. I'm updating here in the hope that someone reads and listens to this review. I cannot emphasise enough that you should never ever use this company. The positive reviews must be fake and there are more 1 start reviews than 5 star which says it all really.
After reading another bad review on here recommending GiffGaff I ordered the same IPhone model from them which was cheaper than QMF and it was delivered within 48 hrs. Great communication and service. Couldn't have been happier. Quick Mobile Fix is a scam and should be investigated.

If there is one bit of advice I can give you ... it is NEVER use Quick Mobile Fix ...Waited 3 weeks for the delivery of a product that arrived damage, it was a cmas gift so we had to then buy from somewhere else on 22nd Dec!!!! After numerous emails and no response, I lodge a complaint and just asked for an explanation.. this was all ignored 3 times. I was then told to wait 30 days for a refund. 30 DAYS! To get my money back from their mess up!!!!!! Really really angry!!!! They're so so awful, I have heard other really bad stories about them too.. I wish I had listened!!!!

I came to this because a friend recommended them to me. I bought two phones. One on 18/05/16 and the other on the 21/05/16.
The first one still hasn't arrived as of today the 30/05/16 and on the package tracker it says it is in Israel while I live in Ireland. If I knew it was coming it would be fine but the second phone arrived today and still no sign of the first.
I have found the customer support very poor. I have rang numerous times and got no answer. Any email I have got back is just an formed response not answering my question.

I have had an awful experience with quick mobile fix.
Firstly when ordering my refurbished Iphone 6s+ space grey (that said that they had in stock) I revived an email the next day saying they do not have any available, I was then offered a white one instead so it was shipped out and seemed like a good enough phone however when the charge dropped to less than 10% the phone became unusable due to it going very slow. So I sent the phone back for a repair and it was fixed and sent back to me the following week.
This seemed good however the phone had a screen protector on which had multiple air bubbles on with 1 large air bubble over the screen where you could clearly see dirt underneath the screen.
After using the phone for a few hours everything seemed to be okay until the screen started to do things with out me touching it for example if the phone was unlocked it would open up random applications or if it was unlocked it would press random keys which lead to the phone disabling itself. However this was not the only issue, when the phone got under 10% it still had the same problem where the sped dropped and it was unusable - therefore they did not even fix the original problem.
This is where the experience got even worse with Quick Mobile Fix. I asked for my money back but they told me that if we sent them the phone back they would fix it under the 12 month warranty and completely ignored the request to get the money back. As the company said that they could have the phone fixed and sent back within 3-5 days I decided to send them the phone as it still had over 11 months of warranty this was in the 13th of September.
So they receive the phone on the 14th or 15th of September I waited for the phone to be fixed and sent back.
10 days went by and nothing came back I sent the company an email asking about the phone this was around the 27th of September where i was told the phone was assigned to their technical team on the 24th of September which they told me they were on the 5th working day therefore having another 2 days to work on the phone so i waited another 2 working days.
Still nothing so I sent yet ANOTHER email asking about the phone and they said that they still haven't fixed the phone and I would have to wait another week.
This leads me to this week where i was supposedly meant to receive the phone but still nothing and i have been sent another email saying the phone MIGHT get fixed next week yet this has now been a month of waiting for a repair.
I have suggested to the company to send me the space grey phone like I originally ordered but they only reply to the email concerning the phone they have got now, I have also requested my money back but they also ignore that request.

The company has shown no sense of urgency with this phone and are ignoring the requests that I am making by just delaying the repair again and again which I have told them is unacceptable but they couldn't seem to care less.

So to conclude this company has given me the worst customer service I have ever experienced and are doing nothing to resolve the issue - I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Complete sham of a company,my partner ordered a phone 6th December was a no show, cancelled order on 19th December got an email the other day saying my refund would be processed on 8th February, when in fact they legally have 14 calendar days to refund from cancellation. I have been onto them every day and then get an email today saying refund will be processed tomorro, which I don't believe. As there are people been waiting since november for refunds. I have now contacted their local newspaper, trading standards, BBC watchdog and am in process of putting everything together to file a claim in small claims court. Unfortunately, really poor experience for me :( I ordered an Iphone 6s which i received a month after i paid for it. On the web page it said it would take 7 days (at the most) before it is dispatched and sent as next day delivery, however mine was 3 weeks late. I tried emailing and didn't get very much info back from them! Once i got the phone through the post, it looked lovely. Worked fine, however it would loose all its battery life within an hour or 2, and the screen became a little unresponsive, So i messaged them back asking to return as i think its faulty, got quick response in the beginning, i emailed them again trying to find out some info on how to send it back and change it for another one but haven't gotten any reply in around a week, i have emailed a few times now but still nothing!! Iv emailed again asking for a refund and some info on how to return it. Its very difficult when everything takes so long without any clear information about what is happening!! Sent my iPhone 6 to quick mobile fix to get my iPhone 6 front screen and rear fixed in November. I received the phone back at the end of November. Two weeks ago the front screen came apart and two components also fell out, their technicians had clearly not tightened the screws correctly. I sent the iPhone 6 back to them two weeks ago and heard nothing, I phoned Three days after they had received the phone by recorded delivery. The technical department told me they were fixing the phone. I heard nothing and Two days later after another Fifteen minutes waiting to get through I was told the phone was fixed and they were checking it before posting back to me. I was told this was at no cost to myself. The phone did not arrive and again I was told it was waiting to be despatched. After having the phone for Two weeks I was then told a customer care manager was going to phone me. This did not happen. Eventually we got to speak to her only to be told they hadn't fixed the phone and if I wanted them to they were going to charge me.
That means that they had the phone for Two weeks and lied on many occasions. This company are awful and I would never use them again.
If they had no intention of fixing the phone from the start they should have told us straight away and not kept the phone for Two weeks.

I recently bought a mobile phone from this website. Ever since I received the phone it has been dysfunctional. The battery life in non existent and when I use the device to make a call the battery life decreases even faster!
I explained the problem to Quick Mobile Fix and their solution was that I should send it back to them, but that the process could take 2-3 weeks. I explained that I was unable to do this as I needed the phone for work and was already paying a contract on the phone. I asked if there would be any compensation provided if I did send in the phone. I was ignored. I send through a couple of more emails to push the point and was ignored again.
Terrible customer service, utterly unhelpful and they are actively selling broken and dysfunctional phones.
I eventually have had to go to the Apple Store who informed me that they were probably an untrusted vendor.
It is not worth buying a phone form this site. They do not work correctly.

Dreadful. Would be 0 stars if that were possible. Phone arrived with them to replace a cracked screeen. On day of arrival I was then told the screen was out of stock and they were waiting for the part. They would have known this beforehand and failed to let me know. They kept the phone for a month, had to be chased for updates, no progress issued and then sent the phone back to me unrepaired. Apparently they were "unable to repair". A complete waste of time and I'd seriously recommend you finding an alternative phone repair company. I wish I had.

Ordered and Ipad air told it would be delivered in 10 days. I thought I would email 5 days and see if all was on track as this is a xmas present. Got a very rude reply from a so called customer service manager called Benas. who quite frankly replied like a word that rhymes with her name, very abrupt and unprofessional. Day 12 and I am still waiting for the ipad. 1 hour on hold to be cut off, the people who run this Quick mobile are total thieves. Now not replying to emails and to close lines on 23rd December is disgusting, they have taken my money breached contract and caused so much stress. I am now reporting this fraud and I will be writing to watchdog and ushaming them. Avoid at all costs.

I d like to start by saying good morning, but having just read your email below it s quite the opposite!

Where do I begin trying to relay the extent of my disappointment with your services?!

You re already aware from reading my initial email that the iPad was for my daughters Christmas present, so to be told so hastily that my order will be arriving the first week in January is totally irrelevant and inexcusable. To add to your insult, you ve wished us a Merry Christmas which is completely absurd has enraged me even more!

You must realise that being Christmas time your consumers would expect their order before the 25th December. Any reputable company would have flagged up that this wouldn t be possible, but instead you accepted the order without hesitation, which in my opinion is crafty and sly. You re website clearly states a 10 working day delivery service, so baring in mind we placed the order on the 10th, we were expecting to have it by the 21st, if not by Christmas Eve at the very latest. You have therefore breached your terms and as a result will leave my 6 year old daughter without her only wish for Christmas. This is absolutely unforgivable.

To hear that your refund department is now closed is another disappointment and again, not good enough! You were quick enough to take the money from our account so I would anticipate the same swift approach from you. With this in mind I demand that the refund for the total amount is debated back to our account without further delay, along with compensation for the upheaval this has caused us.

Alternatively I insist the iPad be delivered to us today or else transfer our money back instantly so we at least have the chance to purchase another one before Christmas Day.

Failing the above request, I ll have you know that I will make every effort to have this issue publicised.

I look forward to your swift response on how you will rectify this matter, and hopefully restore our faith in your already damaged reputation.

I m sending this as I m very dissatisfied.

I ordered a phone 14 days ago and was told they would send out within 3-5 working days I phoned yous after 6 working days to be told I was prioritised and that it would be sent out next day which it wasn t I then called on the Monday to be told it would be despatched that day nothing got despatched then I phoned Tuesday and Wednesday to be told the same thing! Not once did I get any reason to why there was such a delay nothing!! I called today to be told the same thing so I have now had to cancel this order and go somewhere else! I m really disappointed and I would never use this site again first time on here and will not be recommending this to anyone.

Update: I finally was refunded my money. After QMF evasive replies and pawing me off, I contacted my bank and asked for a chargeback. I paid of visa debit. A merchants dispute claim was put forward on my behalf and sent to the company. Lo and behold, I received my money from the company the very next day. I highly suggest contacting your bank.

I placed an order for an iPhone 6s Plus on 14th May and was told it would be dispatched in 5-7 working days. I then contacted them asking why it had not been dispatched yet and they said there has been a delay in my order and it will be dispatched in 1-2 working days. Again, this did not happen. In the end I asked for my order to be cancelled and my money refunded back to me. Still awaiting my refund. They re quick to take your money before item has been dispatched and wait 10-14 working days to return your money. I would not recommend this site to anyone. I then placed an order on musicmagpie and received my phone (fully tracked) 2 days later.

Update: 11 days later, still haven t heard anything about a refund.

I initially went to the address on the website (Hainault) because I thought I could purchase a phone there, to my surprised I couldn't as it was the office that was there.
It should be clearly stated on your website if the only address on it is not the place of business, especially when the phone line is disabled.

I spoke to one of the staff members and he told me I can only buy it online. Gutted but still motivated I ordered a phone from this company, 3 weeks down the line and still no phone has been sent or received.

The company's phone lines do not work and it seems they are reluctant to reply to emails, as on 2 occasions when I sent an email I received a reply 2 days later and the 3rd email was ignored. In one of the emails they asked for me to allow an extra 4 working days for it to be dispatched.
4 working days has come and gone.

Its gotten to the point were I feel this company is fraudulent. They haven't even told me the reason for the delay. I have even asked for a refund after 15 days and by the looks of it, it seems they don't even want to give me my money back.

Quick mobile fix need to fix up every Aspect of their business, there's no way I can recommend you to anyone , not even my enemy.

QMF ID: 225215 Graham Knight. iPhone received as per condition described online, securely packaged with enclosed warranty inside. I was quite happy with the quality of the phone I bought for the price I paid and it was competitive relative the other providers. There was a slight delay in receiving the item, so it was longer than the initial period indicated at the point of ordering. However, I was promptly sent an email informing me that this would be the case so was pleased to have been kept updated (4 stars for this reason). Overall good experience, would consider using again for a handset replacement and other accessories.

I ordered a Iphone from this company and after 2 weeks it still did not arrive to me ( They say 5-7 days) so I emailed them to find out why it had not arrived. They sent me an email back saying it was due to quality control. But when the phone actually did arrive it was completely useless as it had a broken processor and would not even turn on. To send the phone back to them would cost 50 Euro of my own money as the post to do take phones due to the lithium battery in it so would have to send by courier.
