Absolute terrible service, I paid and sent my phone for repair and I was expecting it back within 3-4 days, however, it's been 3 weeks and I still have not received my phone and I am absolutely furious. They said that I had to wait 7 working days for the parts to come in and my phone is still not fixed.
Words cannot describe how angry I am, as this was my main phone. I chose this service because it's supposedly 'quick', turns out they take your money and take ages to repair phones as if its a joke. Not to mention, customer service is just as terrible as they just repeat themselves and not giving me enough information on the matter.

I wrote this review on trust pilot in October last year and the phone is still not fixed, i have sent it back for the 3rd time now. Absolutely shocking
