I have now gone into dispute resolution with this company . Ordered phone 29/12 7-10 day delivery. contacted at end of that period and told discount weekends and holidays given more time - no phone - told problem because of covid. Cancelled order asked for refund. Eventually told refund 8March now told 5th April. Told 8/3/21 it will now be 5/4/21 for refund.
