Didnt even want 2 give 1 star, terrible company, ordered an iphone xr in white, paid 440 pound waited the 7 days it said for delivery never came sent countless emails, then received an email saying it was available in coral for a faster delivery so i replied saying I wanted the one I ordered as it was a chosen xmas present, then got another email saying the same thing after more ignored emails I then got a reply saying that if i didn't order the coral one instead the white one wouldn't come until mid January so basically have this one or a refund which would also take until after xmas if ever after reading other reviews, ive had 2 get the coral one or my daughter wouldn't of got a phone for xmas this phone came today looks in very good condition but it wasn't what I wanted ive had 2 get it and I've paid alot of money aswel, very disappointed will never use this company again and will tell every1 I know to avoid like the plague, all reply emails are automated never spoke to a real person terrible customer service, only g0od 2 come out of this is that I received my order b4 Xmas I can see alot of customers dont get anythin! Terrible company do not use!!!
