I ordered a mobile from this company, in error,in ...

I ordered a mobile from this company, in error,in October2018.( this was because their system seemed to not take my payment,although unbeknown to me it did). I returned the mobile promptly.
Since then,I have sent repeated e.mails,requesting a refund of my monies,all of which have been unproductive.
I give 1 star because they do reply to my queries,but seem unable to effect a refund to me.
I am still waiting.
