This place is a joke. Sent the iPhone back for repair(under guarantee). Apparently ready for dispatch 2 weeks ago now.... still waiting for the phone. Zero update from customer services. I now have a few excuses: the email system was down the next day the phones system... laughable. Still no explanation as to where the phone is. The place is constantly engaged, more chance of calling Elvis. Don't touch this place with a barge pole.
Update 2: Having receive a email promise from Faheem (27th July)that they would send out a new phone in which ever colour we want the following working day. We still have no phone or dispatch code....
Now August 2nd, (next response to dispatch request)

Another delaying tactic...
Verdict: I have now given the small claims court all 36 emails of evidence towards this phone repair dating back to May 23rd.
