Bought a phone from these criminals on the 29/10/2...

Bought a phone from these criminals on the 29/10/2020 cancelled the phone on the same day received an email saying the refund would be processed within 14 working days......still waiting after several emails and excuses on their part I'm now taking this to the small claims court.......PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
