Quick is misleading. I ordered a refurbished iPhone and was told it would take 7 working days. I wasn't thrilled but accepted that. The 7th working day came and went. I contacted them to be told it would likely be another week due to quality testing delays. I checked in again on the 10th working day to be told it will likely be another week. I had to cancel my order. I was very disappointed. Now awaiting refund that takes 14 days (working days I believe)
