EDIT: Despite what the reply from Quick Mobile fix says, I have not received compensation from them, neither have I had any contact from management... STILL.
Let my reiterate- DO NOT WASTE MONEY OR TIME ON THIS BUSINESS

Don't waste your money with such an incompetent company.
My phone took over a month to arrive, without a single unprompted email/call from the company. I ended up settling for a different phone to the one I originally wanted due to issues with the first model- I was only informed of this after my 5th contact with customer service.
Through out the whole ordeal the customer service team have made false promises, given misleading information and at times been very rude and alway unhelpful and unprofessional.
It's now been 2 months trying to talk to management about suitable compensation for this awful customer service. Nothing
