Ordered an iPhone 6 on the 1st July, money was tak...

Ordered an iPhone 6 on the 1st July, money was taken out of my account on the 3rd July. It is now the 13th and no phone has been sent.

Quick Mobile Fix do not respond to my emails and I can never get through on their helpline phone number. I don't even want the phone anymore I just want my money back.

Does anyone know if this useless company is even in business anymore? I would avoid this place like the plague.
