I sent my water damaged phone to be repaired, I d seen some of the negative comments and paid for my own tracked postage to ensure the device was sent and insured.
The site clearly states no fix no fee so now that I ve paid for recorded delivery, I had nothing to lose right? WRONG!
Days later I was told the phone was irreparable and they will send it back, but will not refund the fee as it was water damaged (the reason it was damaged and sent in the first place).

You re better off taking it to a high st shop, they can tell you the same thing for free and you won t get robbed.
