Received the wrong phone twice, and customer service is the worst I've ever come across. No one has picked up the phone when I tried calling (at different days and different times).
Edit: to clarify - I placed my original order, immediately talked with customer service to upgrade. CS suggested I just pay the difference for the upgrade and they would make a note to send the upgraded package rather than cancelling and placing a new order. First phone received was the one I originally purchased, so I returned it requesting the upgraded device that I paid for. Second phone received was again the same device (all while getting conflicting customer service emails regarding the delays in receiving the phone).
