What an absolute joke this company is. Avoid at all cost. I have ordered a phone (ID204931) three weeks ago, contacted customer service multiple times and they keep on coming back to me with new promises on the dispatch date, which they have delayed for the third time now. Starting to believe I'll never see a phone from them. I would cancel my order, but after reading the reviews of other people which are experiencing the same, it looks like I won't get my money back either! I don't understand how companies like this can keep existing anno 2018.
To the quick mobile fix team: I do not want your apologies. I want my order.
