Been waiting 8 days for payment for a phone I sent...

Been waiting 8 days for payment for a phone I sent in. Keep chasing and keep getting told its being processed and still nothing. I picked this company as said fast turnaround...... Most concerned as reading all sorts of similar complaints. Today received email saying passed to manager and still I've heard nothing. So now said either pay or send me my phone back or I will report to trading standards or police. Would advise others to do the same. Doubt will change a thing by what I've read review wise on Google and trust pilot. I am now wondering if the delay is because they are defacing my phone in order not to give the money originally ally offered?????? Should have sent to Mazuma who never cause problems. I will change my review if things improve dramatically

Update have just now reported them to trading standards as fed up as they have my phone and I don't have money
