Phone orders taken without phone in stock. It s why time is measured in working days to push timelines out.
14 working days later no phone - chases and chased and chased.
At working day 18 I give up and ask for a refund.
19 working days later I get my refund back after asking for my bank details twice
So in summary 33 working days of hassle , 25 emails , 31 calls ( 3 answered) and I end up where I started.
I am glad I didn t get the phone as I would struggle to get it fixed. Overworked staff who are hiding behind unrealistic timelines / demands dictated to them from above.
